For some reason, up until last year, I’d lived my life without ever eating gnocchi. I don’t know exactly why this is. I’ve always been a picky eater, this is true, but gnocchi should have been right up my starchy, carby alley. Never fear though, I’ve discovered the joys of gnocchi, if late, and am making up for lost time!
